Tips for Accurate Readings:
- Sit quietly for 5 minutes before taking your reading
- Don't drink caffeine or exercise 30 minutes before
- Sit with feet flat on floor, arm supported at heart level
- Take 2 readings, 1 minute apart, and record the average
